    Nothing at all

The room was a smoking room smelled bad and staf said there was nothing they could do to get me a non smoking room. I went to the store and bought spray to make room smell better it was a disaster. I got sick to my stomach due to the bad smoke smell. The facility looks nice on the outside but is terrible inside. Plus there were a ton of drug addicts all ober the property and they even rented some of the rooms. I would never bring my family or children to stay there looks dangerous. They need to clean the facility up and do something about those drug addicts.

Water was hot, towels were fluffy and ample, TV worked well, iron worked well, fridge worked well, toilet always flushed, A/C was excellent! Mattress was very good. There were enough pillows and blankets.

(Last year, I stayed in room 121, in the front building. There was a HUGE difference!) This year, I stayed in room number 309, in the 3rd building. 309, I'm guessing, has not been updated since the hotel was first built. Cracks, screws, partitions that were screwed in to cover ? , unfinished cupboards, unusable stovetop (and filthy), kitchenette sink that was corroded and leaked; it even had a pinhead-size hole in the neck of the spout. The carpet was so filthy that it actually smelled of sexual semen. Because the place was booked solid, I cleaned the carpet myself. The lounge chair didn't 'lounge;' the upper door latch was very loose, broken, not due to loose screws. I was in a non-smoking building, but it seemed that everyone was outside of their room, smoking ---at all hours of the day and night! Sheets: the Q bed was mad with a Q-fitted sheet but with a Double top ?. The bed was actually 'short-sheeted! We used to do this to hassle our roomies in college!

Kitchen was dirty and so was the bathroom. Yes they recleaned the room but I should have been clean when we checked in. Their cleaning staff pays no attention to cleaning details.

Absolutely great hotel located in a nice area with convenient access to public transportation and various amenities like Costco, 2 Walmart stores, and a variety of restaurants within a few miles. Brand-new and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel offers good service and the convenience of a late check-out option.

The queen studio I got was brand-new. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were very handy. It had favourable and fantastic location near to restaurants, stores and work, shopping plaza, and California. The service was all in all helpful. The staff was polite throughout the day.

Ease of checking in. Fast response with a small problem.

Color of the walls (too dark), cigarette burn on toilet seat, stains in bathtub, gray towels, TV remote missing initially and there were long black hairs in the bed. Bottom sheet was not fitted. A lot of noise late at night.

    NOTHING!

How Dirty our Room Was, How Old & Run Down it was. The TP Holder was Off the Wall and sitting on the counter. Nasty Black Hair all over the Bathroom Counter, Shower Walls, Tub Floor. The Phone Didn't work in the room, there was old Socks, nasty hair ties, Garbage, and cellophane from a Cigarette Pack with White Residue in it under the beds. NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!!
